Should We do a makeover on the blog?

Please comment what you think, after I say a couple of things:

IF we do a makeover then, I will make graphics like much better, and, edited
IF we do a makeover then, I will make more comps
IF we do a makeover then, I will Think about adding a new writer
IF we do a makeover then, I will make the blog overall fantastic!
IF we do a makeover, it will take a couple of weeks to finish, so no posts will be posted for a while, and the current writers will have to be on hold.
